New Student Registration

New student instructions:

  • Please withdraw your student from his or her previous school.
  • Complete the registration packet.
  • Bring the completed forms and the following documents:
    • Proof of residency.
    • ID proving you are the parent or legal guardian.
    • Copies of any legal documents (court orders, guardianship, custody, etc.).
    • Student's certified birth certificate.
    • Student's immunization record.

 Please note that it may take a few days for a student to begin attending classes once all enrollment paperwork is submitted. A student can begin classes after EMS has received full records from the previous school. For questions, please contact our office at (208) 365-2921.
